Paris Guide offline using GPS location offers itineraries (30), sights (350), restaurants (150), shops (120) and other practical aspects; a detailed map of Paris is included. This guide is a general guide of Paris with cultural connotation. The guide presents short articles on each sight. If it does not replace site visits, it has the ambition to give a clear idea of the city of Paris you are visiting or you live in and its history, during your walk.

- MAP LOCATION
If GPS is On and you are in Paris, the map will center on your location; the icon that figures the user is green. At contrary, when it is red, location is Off; in this case, the map of Paris will center on the spot or in the middle of the itinerary you are viewing. During the preparation of the visit you can disable the location. Use Refresh-Center Button to center the map.

- SIGHTSEEING, 2 MODES: PRESET ITINERARIES OR NEARBY
You can use the itineraries in Paris. The application is flexible and you can avoid monuments or take a reverse way. For an accurate selection, browse all the cards of the tour and watch the map. For more flexibility, use the concept of proximity. You go in Paris in an interesting place and you ask the list of the sights nearby. Call a sight-card and browse all the others to make your choice. If you call the map of Paris you see also all the sights near your location.

- TECHNICAL ASPECTS
You can use tablet or smartphone. Visiting in Paris, use the voice synthesis to read the cards (activated by pressing the speaker icon at the bottom of the cards). You can then use a headset, or simply put your smartphone near your ear, as in a phone call.
We recommend to fix the screen in portrait mode.
The audio function uses voice synthesis function of your smartphone. In the most common case this function exists in your device and is enabled. Otherwise, it must be enabled (Settings / Language / Text-to-speech / Preferred engine) and in some rare case a download is necessary (eg Google text to speech). If the engine is missing, you are notified.

- PREFERENCES AND PHOTOS
Preferences are a sophisticated way to program a customized guide of Paris by selecting certain sites or certain tours and viewing only the selection.
