Description of My Orange BE
The My Orange app enables you to follow and manage your consumption and your account for free at any time you like, in Belgium and abroad.
* No surprises! Keep track of your call, SMS and data consumption
* Invoices – get an overview of your last 6 invoices
* Tariffplan and options – Check your tariff plan and manage your options
* NEW: Check and accept your badges and gifts of Orange Thank You
* Reload - reload a prepaid card by reload ticket or online payment
* Find an Orange shop near to your location
* Customer service – contact Orange Belgium. We’ll be glad to help you!
Important:
. Download: possible via the Orange Belgium-network or Wi-Fi. Downloading the app via mobile network is deducted from your surf allowance.
. First usage: Upon first usage you need to disconnect your Wi-Fi and connect via Mobile data in order to recognize your number and your customer profile. After you can switch your wWi-Fi back on.
. Usage: the My Orange app is accessible for residential Orange Belgium customers via the Orange Belgium-network or Wi-Fi. If you prefer connecting through Wi-Fi, remember also to connect at least once a month for free via the Orange Belgium network in order that the app keeps on recognizing you.
. Free: the utilization of the application is free in Belgium and abroad (except for downloading the maps for the Orange shops).
. Usage: The information is limited to the card for which the application is used. Shown data is purely informative and does not replace your invoice.
. For security reasons, Orange belgium has decided to block the access to the application for rooted devices
