The Association S.I.R.U. It is non-partisan, non-denominational and non-profit and intends to pursue its activities within the framework of the Interdisciplinary Medicine and Biology of Reproduction, as the set of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as well as direct methods of preventing, treating and solving problems infertility of the person, with the contribution of all the professionalism that can directly or indirectly operate to this end.

The Association S.I.R.U. operates in research, testing, medicine and science, recognizing as a context the promotion and protection of human dignity and fundamental human rights, as outlined in the Italian Constitution, the Charter of Fundamental Rights' European Union and the European Convention for the protection of human rights. The Association has as its main objective the humanization of medical practice in the field of infertility.

The Association S.I.R.U. It is open and can apply for membership: doctors, biologists-embryologists-biotechnologists, geneticists, psychologists, nurses, midwives, laboratory technicians, social workers, in training specialists in relevant subjects. They will be allowed, without limitation, all parties operating in the different structures and sectors of the national health service (hospitals, USL companies, university companies, IRCCS, classified hospitals, accredited private clinics, etc.) Or free regime -professional.
