As well as the customer from browsing all products between the various merchants and choosing what suits him, we do not collect orders money or delivery this is the merchant’s responsibility, and the customer is obliged to pay what was agreed upon through the application of merchants from the cost of a product and the cost of delivery according to the agreement or what was determined previously.
 Traders application provides the merchant with a database of all added products and the possibility of deletion and amendment, in addition to a page about the company and products that appear through the search results in Google.
 It also provides a database of orders and status updates. It also provides the merchant with a platform to sell products through the phone application so that the products are listed through different categories according to the type of product, in addition to providing an advanced search mechanism,
 And also a special page within the application that shows the information of the company and all products in one place and the ability to search for the company's products alone.

Merchants application is not responsible for any damaged goods or merchandise , or not within the specifications, it is the merchant’s responsibility. The return policy is determined by the merchant and not among our responsibilities. Any merchandise that violates Palestinian morals, customs and traditions, and the merchant will be banned directly.
The customer can purchase from more than one different dealer or company at one time. After adding and confirming the order, the application will sort the products separately and send separate orders to the merchants.
 The customer can cancel the order as long as the merchant does not update the order status to being prepared or shipped, and therefore is obligated to purchase.
