Description of Club Operations
The cycle of applications for Rotary Clubs allows you to evaluate and manage the activities of the Rotary Club as a whole, coordinate the activities of its committees and services, determine and manage priorities and goals. All applications allow you to visually see the results in the form of a balance wheel of the different components in each application and respond in a timely manner in order to ensure balance in all areas of activity. The personal balance of the club members is a key factor in achieving high results of the Rotary Club as a whole.
The application cycle includes 4 applications:
1. Club Operations - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ru.rucobe.cluboperations
2. Committees - Avenues - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ru.rucobe.committeesavenues
3. Priorities - Objectives - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ru.rucobe.prioritiesobjectives
4. Personal Balance - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ru.rucobe.personalbalance
The technique was developed by the Rotary Club:
ROTARY CLUB OF CARPINTERIA MORNING GUATEMALA CHAPTER, Distrito 5240
for their own purposes.
"FROM GOALS TO OBJECTIVES, NOT FROM TASKS TO GOALS" is an important principle of the methodology. First, any activity defines goals for itself, then sets its goals for each goal in order to achieve balance and further balanced growth. Tasks performed may be subject to external influences or erroneous. The balance wheel allows you to see this and change them in a timely manner, extend or cancel them, with control of the deadlines, notifying the end of the set deadline for achieving each set goal, in order to decide on the actual result in numbers.
Members of other rotary clubs, as well as all those interested in the issue of managing the balance of their activities, can familiarize themselves with these applications within 30 days.
Seminars and webinars in various languages are regularly held inside the club.
It is possible to get acquainted with the current action plan and receive an invitation by sending an application by e-mail:
