When a tournament finishes, a new one starts. You have gold in the game that you can spend to use lifelines, own avatars and themes and enter challenge modes. When your in-game gold is not enough for those actions, you can earn some gold by playing single player levels or multiplayer matches. You have two types of lifelines: 50:50 chance and double answer chance. You can use each of them by using gold in single player modes or multiplayer matches.
