Therefore if you're brave enough or need a strong emotional trigger to help you complete your goal, use HabBet to make a promise via social networks. Choosing this option you agree for publishing 3 posts via Facebook featuring your goal state (at the beginning, in the middle and when the goal is completed or deadline is reached). Regardless of your success or fail, the app will post your results in your personal account. Thus, HabBet creates the circumstances that just won't allow you to give up.
