Begin to train with the club coach App vita, collect Moves (the Technogym unit for measuring the movements) and be active every day. An example: A run of about 10 minutes at low intensity are converted about 120 moves.

The fastest and easiest way is to collect the moves directly to the Technogym equipment. Login with your account on the devices and train you with the best training programs. With the app you can view your exercise program, the details of the exercises and videos directly. Results are automatically saved during your exercise session.
